Christmas Delivery Update

With the Christmas period upon us, some of our dispatching of orders can be a little delayed due to the Christmas rush. Please be aware that all orders made before 15th December will be sent out prior to the Sendle and Australia Post Christmas cutoff dates, to ensure you have your treasures in time for the Festive Season.

All orders made on this website are sent for a flat $5 charge with Sendle.

You will automatically receive an email when your items leave our warehouse. You can expect to receive your item within 5-7 business days and you will be able to track your order at all times so that you know where it is and when you can expect it. Simply go to our tracking page and follow the prompts.

We also understand that sometimes in life things just don’t work out, so when that happens, here’s what you need to know about our Returns Policy:

Change of mind returns may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order - just go to or email us at and we will get it all sorted for you. For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings, and unfortunately this exchange policy does not apply to our monthly Unique Events, AutumnFest and TrollFest stock as all claims are final during these events – sorry about this but thanks for understanding.

A refund or exchange will be provided for any items proven to be damaged or faulty. Please go to and follow the prompts to arrange a return. We will investigate the issue and a member from our Customer Service team will be in touch to work with you throughout the process. 

48 Hour Sale Guarantee

We want you to always shop with absolute confidence, knowing that you won’t miss out on any of the great deals, giveaways or specials that we have during the year. That is why we have our 48 Hour Sale Guarantee .

What that means is that if any item you purchased within the last 48 hours is offered at a cheaper price then we will gladly give you the difference back in a store credit. Also, if we have a gift with purchase with a qualifying spend, and your purchase qualified, then we will also honour that within the same 48 hour window.

Price Changes

Just to let you know, we do reserve the right to change prices on the website with immediate effect. 

We do our best to update the website as well as ensure that all information about the goods is correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices and offers can occur, however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered on the website, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Under these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price for the item and allow you to purchase the item at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will use our right not to accept your purchase and will refund you the full amount and cancel the order.
