AutumnFest FAQ

OUR SESSIONS:

It’s going to be a jam-packed program with sessions being held across the weekend. To access these sessions simply click on the zoom link below which will get you into the session – there are no limits to the number of people that can join a session.

CAN I USE ANY CREDITS OR DISCOUNTS ON THE AUTUMNFEST SITE OR PRODUCTS

No, all items in all AutumnFest sessions and Special Products are sold at final prices so we are unable to use any credits, discounts, vouchers or coupons towards any products on this AutumnFest microsite. However, all discounts and savings can be used on the regular site at www.trollbeads.com.au especially the AutumnFest promotion using code AUTUMNFEST at checkout – this is valid from 12.01am Friday 7th March Australia Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). Please note:  Trollbeads International Club Treasures and Gift cards excluded.

 

AUTUMNFEST BINGO!

Saturday night kicks off at 7.30pm with a fun of Trollbeads Bingo at the Saturday night gala. We have already emailed you your 4 individual Trollbeads Bingo cards - simply download and print them in time for the event.

Be ready for all the fun Trollbeads trivia competition with your chance to win 1 of 5 Fabulous Trollbeads Treasures! Join in the fun and you can win! We have 5 mini sessions and each session will have a winner!

 

HOW DO THE ZOOM SESSIONS WORK

We really try to be as fair to everyone so here’s how it will work

- We will show you the beads in turn with the live show and photo presentation
- We will then put an ‘X’ on the chat with the name of the treasure for sale
- The first person to type in the letter ‘C’ for CLAIM gets it
- Please ONLY type your C after we have put up the ‘X’, not before
- We have lots of beads that you will really want, but we are unable to sell them before the X is put up
- We have the final say on who secures the bead (based on our chat history)
- We will confirm the person that claimed the treasure
- We will then we will move to the next treasure

Remember, all claims are final.

At the end of the presentation, we will collate all of your purchases and send you the email invoice for you to click on, go to checkout, and then these little beautiful treasures will be yours to have forever!
