Placing your order on this website is completely safe and secure. We offer secure payments processed through Shopify Payments. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. Shipping and Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or commercial addresses.

Orders are processed and shipped from Trollbeads USA distribution center. Orders will typically leave our facility within 2 - 4 business days (may be up to 5 business days during peak periods).

Australia: 6 - 10 business days
New Zealand: 7 - 14 business days

Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.

2-Year Warranty

Trollbeads Australia & New Zealand warrants to the original end-user that this Trollbeads product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. The term of this warranty is limited to twenty-four (24) months from the end-user’s date of purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date.

Returns

All purchases made on this website are eligible to be returned within 30 days of delivery from within Australia and New Zealand. Return the items to us in new, unused condition.

If you choose to return your order, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. You may select any carrier and shipping method, but please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend including insurance on all return packages. We are unable to reimburse shipping or insurance charges. Trollbeads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise sent.

If you purchased items from a different online store or a retail location, please return the items to the original place of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of items not purchased directly from this website or returns sent from outside Australia and New Zealand.

Jewellery purchased from the Australia and New Zealand online store is accepted for exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. Some exclusions may apply. Please contact our customer care team at hello@trollbeads.com.au for assistance with exchanges.

Please complete the return form provided by our customer care team and package the items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Clearly mark "RETURN" on the outside of the package and attach the return shipping label if provided.

Our Single Leather Bracelet is only available in one size - but it is possible to adjust the length to suit everyone.

The Single Leather Bracelet does not need a clasp, instead you just tie a knot on the bracelet. The placement of the knot determines the length of the bracelet. Close the bracelet by passing the knot through the loop at the opposite length.

Size tip:
Follow these instructions to adjust the size of your bracelet.

Wrap the bracelet around the wrist and slide one end through the loop in the leather.
Tie the perfect knot and tighten.
Cut off the excess leather, but make sure it is not too close to the knot, as leather extends over time. Pull the knot out of the loop.
Add your favorite Trollbeads.
Now you are ready to use your bracelet.

Pretty colors. Beads spin around/move around more on it than i expected. Clasp doesn't exacy fit the tiny holes in the leather. Hence 3 stars.

Do not buy, serious flaw

Please do not purchase until design flaw is resolved. Severely disappointed. Simply by adding beads the leather split towards the closure holes. Despite buying the Fairy Fastener it was nearly impossible to close and the leather split even more. I estimate maybe 2 days before it is broken/split beyond repair, since it has to be removed to shower every day that is unavoidable. This design flaw could be fixed simply by adding an unmoveable metal bar across the leather bracelet to stop it from splitting before the split reach the holes. This was a waste of money and a grave disappointment. Would give 0 stars if possible.

A beautiful bead that brought my wife to tears!!!

This bead is simply beautiful!
I got it for my incredible wife as a rememberance of her Father, who was a farmer his entire life..
He was an incredible man, honest and humble, who tilled the fields every day and took pride in the knowledge that he was growing and harvesting crops that would feed his neighbors.
My wife, as a child, was always up at the crack of dawn with her Father, helping him milk the cows, gather the eggs from the chickens, and help bale the hay..
The 'beads' are supposed to be part of life, part of a journey..
And I must say this, when I gave her this bead for Christmas, and explained why I chose it for her, it was a very special moment...
