Placing your order on this website is completely safe and secure. We offer secure payments processed through Shopify Payments. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. Shipping and Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or commercial addresses.

Orders are processed and shipped from Trollbeads USA distribution center. Orders will typically leave our facility within 2 - 4 business days (may be up to 5 business days during peak periods).

Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.

2-Year Warranty

Trollbeads Australia & New Zealand warrants to the original end-user that this Trollbeads product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. The term of this warranty is limited to twenty-four (24) months from the end-user’s date of purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date.

Returns

All purchases made on this website are eligible to be returned within 30 days of delivery from within Australia and New Zealand. Return the items to us in new, unused condition.

If you choose to return your order, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. You may select any carrier and shipping method, but please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend including insurance on all return packages. We are unable to reimburse shipping or insurance charges. Trollbeads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise sent.

If you purchased items from a different online store or a retail location, please return the items to the original place of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of items not purchased directly from this website or returns sent from outside Australia and New Zealand.

Jewellery purchased from the Australia and New Zealand online store is accepted for exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. Some exclusions may apply. Please contact our customer care team at hello@trollbeads.com.au for assistance with exchanges.

Please complete the return form provided by our customer care team and package the items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Clearly mark "RETURN" on the outside of the package and attach the return shipping label if provided.

It is not necessary to have a clasp for this necklace and Trollbeads beads can be mounted so that it is placed over the pendant without the use of tools. Wear the necklace completely without anything or with your favorite beads.

Purple is the color of inspiration and art. The Amethyst helps us realize that the worst limitations are those we impose upon ourselves and it helps us overcome these in order to grow. Here it is on a beautiful sterling silver Fantasy Necklace.

Care for silver jewelry

We recommend that you follow the advice below so that your new jewelry stays beautiful:

• When not wearing your silver jewelry, we recommend that you store them in an airtight plastic bag or box to avoid starting the oxidation process.

• If you use silver beads on a gold chain, be aware that some of the oxidation that sits on the silver beads will be transferred to the gold. However, this can be easily removed by polishing the chain with one of our silver polishing cloths.

• Regular use of silver polishing cloth is the best way to keep your silver jewelry neat.

• Be sure to follow our size guide when choosing a bracelet size. It must be taken into account that the more beads that are placed on the bracelet, the longer the bracelet must be. The bracelet must fit snugly, but without putting too much pressure on the clasp.

Disappointing

I am really disappointed with the white pearl fantasy necklace. I was really looking forward to it, but the chain looks so cheap. I really do not want to put my previously bought and beautiful trollbeads on such a cheap looking chain. I am going to return it.
Also I had purchased a fantasy necklace the year before and the chain was better: heavier and better quality. So I wonder is this new cheaper version going to be on all fantasy necklaces or is it only on the pearl one?
I love the concept of the fantasy necklace, please make a good quality silver chain for it!

Finally an amethyst necklace that I like

I purchased the fantasy necklace with the amethyst pendant and I am happy with it. I can add more amethyst or other beads including pearl beads and it looks really nice.

A beautiful bead that brought my wife to tears!!!

This bead is simply beautiful!
I got it for my incredible wife as a rememberance of her Father, who was a farmer his entire life..
He was an incredible man, honest and humble, who tilled the fields every day and took pride in the knowledge that he was growing and harvesting crops that would feed his neighbors.
My wife, as a child, was always up at the crack of dawn with her Father, helping him milk the cows, gather the eggs from the chickens, and help bale the hay..
The 'beads' are supposed to be part of life, part of a journey..
And I must say this, when I gave her this bead for Christmas, and explained why I chose it for her, it was a very special moment...
